Our goal is to improve demand-adjusted forecasts and plans as they apply to the customer's unique situation. Through the use of dynamically selectable, field-proven algorithms which are not available in all current ERP systems, lot sizes, order quantities, safety stock, etc. can be optimized. In addition, a risk analysis tool helps to make strategic decisions. We analyze and evaluate such questions as, How does the stock value change, and thus the liquidity, if the availability of x changes? How do liquidity and availability change, when stocks are increased or reduced by x amount? How are inventory and availability changed, if liquidity is changed by x amount?

In this way inventory can be optimized by an average of 17% and availability can also be improved.

Genuine win-win situations develop through the closer integration of suppliers, which helps reduce inventory costs significantly. A good example is the support of consignment stores using abbino’s Supplier Managed Inventory module. The holdings are managed by the suppliers themselves so that the customer does not have to worry about it. This option allows suppliers to control their inventories better. Since the suppliers are also better informed about expected orders and are able to plan their production and inventories more efficiently, customers benefit from improved product availability.


Thus, on average, 17% more liquidity can be obtained from the inventory and availability can be improved in the process.

Through closer integration among shipping companies, we can lower transport costs among suppliers. The goal, for example, may be to transform as many "free house" deliveries into "ex" deliveries as possible. In this way administrative costs that are charged by the supplier to the customers can be reduced.
